The rooms was a bit dated especially the shower otherwise this would be a 5* review. The pool and outside areas are gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. The views to Bali stunning. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. It's worth staying at the hotel just to eat in both of the restaurants where the food and service couldn't be faulted.

The Pros - staff was very friendly, helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help. From our arrival to check out the staff were absolutely amazing espically one of the waiter ( Jian ). The pool and surrounding was well kept and clean. , it was very private and relaxing. The bedrooms were a bit dated but it serve the purpose . The Cons - Beach!!! Very disappointed.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The family loved the swimming pool which was nice, clean and not crowded. I love the TV in the suite which has internet access. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and they made us felt very welcomed and at home. The spa was nice and good value. We appreciated that the supervisor, Corina, acted promptly when she heard that the marbled floor condensed badly during the night and resolved the problem quickly. The fact that the tap water could be used to boil water was so much appreciated after we went to the second hotel with tap water that could not be drunk. The stained toilet seat in the suite could use a change though. The beach was not as clean as I would like but the tiny crabs tunnelling in the sand made up for it. Overall, the hotel is value for money.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry overseas and has traveled the world—staying at top-tier hotels across the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia—I can honestly say this property is exceptional. ​I am almost speechless at the level of service. I had the pleasure of thanking many of them in person, but I want to reiterate: every single staff member, from the Executive Chef and the server/room service team to the gardeners and floor staff, defines what true hospitality looks like. I have never seen such a genuine combination of hard work and authentic care. I would gladly fly thousands of miles just to experience this place again. It was a beautiful moment I’ll never forget. Great place to visit at the lovely Senggigi beach. Most amazing swimming pool and gardens kept to perfection. As shared by others, the hotel itself is older. However it is still the best hotel in the area. We moved from a different hotel after one night to the Sheraton and felt much safer, the pool and beach were beautiful. The spa was wonderful. The food was really good. Shout out to Madey at the pool bar for excellent service. Our family would return again

A real favourite

Have stayed at this gem of an hotel many many times and always have a fantastic stay. The hotel shows signs of age but the garden is spectacular as ever and though lots of the older staff have retired the young people are lovely and try their very best to make your stay pleasant. The food is excellent as well. Service by the pool could be improved I think. Looking forward to being back in this wonderful hotel again on August.

Wanted to stay longer.

Overnight stay on way to Gili T. Would love to stay here for a few days. I can not understand why the resort is not busier. Great pool, amazing staff from Karmini at front desk to Aldi at pool bar. Get the dinner package for a few $$$ more, well worth it. Breakfast very good.

Staff were all very good. We had Tessa drive us to the ferry didn’t rush like the taxi we had to get there. Bathroom could do with updating. Nice room and comfortable bed. Pool and outdoor areas very good. Good breakfast.

A lovely old fashioned hotel. No lift which did cause a challenge but we managed in the end. Tiwi in reception was fantastic, answered all my questions and helped organize a car to see some of Lombok. Alvira was great with her friendly attitude at breakfast. Thank you ladies. The area around the hotel is very dirty and this is the only negative as it spoils the Hotel .

The hotel and service was exceptional. Housekeeping did remove one of our personal belongings, however, when mentioned to staff, they went above and beyond to retrieve said item and had multiple staff check and confirm that we had received our item. Other than that, we had absolutely no issues and had an incredible stay and commend the staff for their service and can-do attitude.
