"This property is in needs of a serious makeover. It’s as clean as you could make a dog eared, thoroughly worn properly look. The last time the interior walls were painted, they went ahead and painted the baseboards the same color. And that paint job was probably 8/10 yrs ago. The whole community looked tired too. The reception area was probably circa 1975 for example. Hopefully this helps get some traction and incentive to show some attention to detail. Thanks "
