"The Roz were as I remember I used to frequent gear back in 2008 all the way up until 2016. We received feet on the bed that had blood stains on them, but the staff was happy to replace them. We also add food in the kitchen and must’ve dropped some crumbs on the floor within 30 minutes. There was a line and a pile of ants that were coming out of the wall, which honestly could happen anywhere. I don’t think they need to spray each room for bug. Also, the windows look frosted, which I thought was condensation from it being hot from the Florida heat and cooling the inside, but once we realize we believe it was mold. This is still a lovely property. I just think they need to pay attention to the minor details."

"The one-day stay was excellent. The room was spotless and well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, iron, blow dryer, television, and more. Parking and Wi Fi were complimentary. The front desk staff delivered outstanding professionalism, and both check in and check out were smooth and efficient. The only minor issue was the thin blankets; I hope the room was equipped with thicker blankets. Nonetheless, I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. Great stay."

"The hotel has no WiFi the entire stay. The room has an awful smell that would not come out. The hotel then charged my card and additional $30 on top of the $75 deposit and when u attempted to call to receive an explanation the phone number for the hotel is not in service and the customer service can’t seem to figure out anything either. Still waiting on the general manager to respond to my email. The hotel pool and hot tub was filthy and unstable and the continental break is the same everyday so not worth the amount of money we paid to stay here B and horrible customer service"
