Nice breakfast selection to start the day. Clean, useful facilities. Quiet location with good biking access to Greenway trail. Shopping and dining are all close-by with a short car ride. Totally enjoyed the stay.

The property is conveniently located. However, the breakfast is the same every morning (I stayed for 5 days). The Carpet is filthy, the sofa smelled of urine, the stairs was very dirty. I will not stay at this Hotel again.

The carpet was dirty, when we went in to the room it wreaked of bleach once the bleach scent went away the bathroom smelled awful. Customer service was good but the room was terrible.

At best a three star budget hotel. That's fine in itself, there is demand for those. The location is fine if you want to stay in Sunrise or close to FLL. There are a few restaurants nearby and a gas station next door open 24 hrs. There is also an IKEA next door with a restaurant inside. There is no front desk staff onsite. The front desk is a kiosk manned by someone in India with a likely fake Anglo name. The onsite staff only responds to other service requests. There is included breakfast, consisting of bread, bagels, frozen cream cheese and butter, jam and the eggs that come from a carton. Also cereal and milk. The coffee is ok, and there is Lipton tea, and juice. The best breakfast item is the waffles you make yourself using one of the two irons. The WiFi was poor, slow and dropped regularly. The TVs in the rooms failed to stream YouTube, didn't bother with anything else. I stayed there four days, housekeeping was supposed to clean the room every three days. Did not see them on the third day. Maybe they don't bother with a four day stay. The carpet was in need of replacing.

The check in is smooth it’s with a virtual agent you get keys quick. The hotel conditions were poor. The hallway carpet had a lot of dirt and felt really sticky to your shoes. There are roaches in the room so we left a light on. The cleaning crew was supposed to come in 3 days but we did not see them. We stood 4 days. The room was not cleaned and had an odor when we arrived. The shower had a used wet towel. There was a lady refilling the breakfast area who was sweet. There was another gentleman who gave us extra towels after I reported there were bugs on the ones we had in the room.

The carpet was sooooo nasty I had to wear socks and they turned black in moments. Furniture was stained and also a bit gross looking. No bugs or anything like that though. Having a microwave and fridge was nice. The free breakfast was sparse but better than nothing, coffee was decent. Definitely a mold issue throughout the hotel and the room was very humid so everything felt kind of damp. It's a budget hotel so I didn't expect much. Bed was comfy enough

outlet near hair dryer did not work. Tried everything. Refrig not plugged in so when we got there it was not cold. The TV kept cutting out at least once every 2 minutes all night. It was clean.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Rate was cheap for the area. Rooms were run down, rust on door jams, bleach stains on the carpet. Breakfast was bagels, toast, cereal, eggs, coffee and juice. All that, for ths price I would deal with this hotel for the price. HOWEVER, we come to the issue of the check in kiosk. You talk to a person who is who knows where. It went fine. Having a kiosk isnt in itself the issue. The lack of seeing a staff person the entire 3 days of our stay felt unsafe. Plus made it impossibls to get assistance with extra towels etc. But the main issue was that it felt unsafe to not have someone, anyone, in the hotel keeping an eye on the area. If that were changed i would stay again.
