No café da manhã não havia ovos mexidos, e ao serem perguntados informaram que os ovos tinham acabado e que iriam chegar ainda. Isso corrobora o meu comentário sobre falta de controle logístico quando relatei a minha opinião na pesquisa do check inn.

WORSE EXPERIENCE STAY AWAY FROM IBIS HOTEL OSASCO
From the day my husband and I checked in everything was horrible. They had to change our room on because the toilet did not flush. The air conditioner kept turning off every 30 minutes and the staff told us it was because the system did not have the capacity to stay on the entire day or night. The room key did not work every time we went back to our room, we had to go back downstairs to have them reactivate the key card. The person who cleans the room went in without nocking while we were laying in bed. the coffee machine downstairs was in maintenance the entire time. we ordered a pizza in the hotel's restaurant and they took 1 hour to make the pizza and when we asked the server, she responded, "you guys ordered a pizza?" When the pizza finally came, there was no crust, it was only melted cheese, a lot of melted cheese. we were unable to eat it so we asked to change it for burgers and when the burgers came they were raw. I finally complained with the hotel manager whom only responded "sorry, sorry, sorry" but did not do anything about it.

Péssima o quarto parece uma lata sardinha. A cama parece uma tábua, os travesseiros parece os que prefeitura destrui para os moradores de rua. Resumindo: só o atendimento na recepção que foi bom.

Infelizmente, não fizeram a limpeza do quarto de modo que ficaram resto de alimentos e lixo no quarto, mesmo nós solicitando que fosse limpo o quarto. O valor da diária de comprovada perto da data está muito alto para o conforto oferecido.

Eu cheguei no quarto e não gostei, muito, muito pequeno, banheiro parecendo de avião, não tinha frigobar, do quarto não tinha como falar com a recepção , tinha que descer pra resolver qq coisa. Saímos e fomos até a recepção e trocamos de quarto, aí sim foi satisfatório

O ponto negativo é o restaurante buffet. Horrível e caro. Quer cobrar, tudo bem, mas pelo menos ofereça algo com o mínimo de decência.

A estadia foi boa. Não houve arrumação, troca de toalhas, retirada do lixo no domingo. Perguntei se era rotina do hotel...nao era . Foi falha mesmo. Há necessidade de colocação de corrimão no box, pois o piso é escorregadio.

Precisa ser muito mais barato pelo que entrega
De modo geral, ruim. Eu não conhecia a proposta Budget e pelo valor encontram-se outras vidas opções nas proximidades, como Ramada ou Urban. O quarto minúsculo, banheiro muito pequeno mal dava para fechar a porta (chuveiro separado), sem frigobarzinho nem para gelar uma água - tem que descer e pegar no hall . Enfim se a diária fosse até uns 170 reais ok.
