"Sarah the manager the night we stayed there is excellent. Rudy and the valet parking is also awesome. Both were very helpful and good communicators. The beds are OK. There wasn’t enough towels or enough toilet paper in the room, called three times never got that delivered. Unfortunately I didn’t call the right time I guess. And the pool is very small. Otherwise clean property and I would definitely stay there again."

"The balcony was a plus, but the room was dirty. They type you aren’t sure you want to put your head on the pillow. The hallways smelled like pet urine throughout the hotel. It seems a lot of homeless people use this hotel regularly and the neighborhood is not great, although it does have a central location and the pool looked like it was fun for families. The staff was the worst I have ever experienced. They were rude from the moment I contacted them on the phone to clarify check in. There was zero hospitality… at best."

"This place was pretty good. I was clean, but don’t expect lush comfort. This is a clean place to sleep that’s close to the beach, and I mean within walking distance. Also the parking is extremely steep. We had no problems, and the AC was wonderful. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. If you want a good place within walking distance of the wharf and the boardwalk, this is a good option."
