Wonderful ambient lighting with many dimmer switches, gas fireplace. Flat screen TVs x3, beautiful stove, micro, full fridge, toaster oven. Beautiful place. Beautiful stay."

"We have stayed at a dozen of the 2-unit Villas at Seascape & it's hard to top this one. Not the place if you are looking for ocean views, but it is the closest unit to the stairs down to the beach.We hate rentals with a lot of knick-knacks and clutter & this one gets it right. Clean, comfortable & stylish and turnkey -- you'll feel right at home in minutes. Having it's own private entrance is a plus.Would definitely stay here again. No-hassle property management company."

"We flew from South Carolina and arrived at the San Jose airport at 10:50, so did not get to the condo until around midnight Wednesday night. The check in instructions gave a code to the door...that didn't work! The check in instructions also gave a number to call if the door code didn't work (this obviously happens often). I called the number 7 times and left a message and text. I received no answer and no response. I messaged the VRBO owner through the app. I received no response until the next...
