The amenities were top notch, including very comfortable beds, an excellently stocked kitchen, great beach chairs, and even heated toilet seats. The owner was very responsive and helpful when needed. Highly recommend this lovely home with it's modern upgrades."

"My daughter and her 4 year-old came from Indiana to visit for a week. The house is charming, immaculate and cozy. It is located literally steps from the nearby beach. My daughter-in-law and her two children could only join us for a day but the kids made the most of being so close to the beaches and near-by Capitola, where the quaint shops and friendly people reminded me of the days I took my children to body surf nearby. We also visited Monterey and Carmel during a couple of the days and left...

"This adorable house was the perfect jumping-off point to explore Santa Cruz and the surrounding area. We were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown. There was plenty of room for our family of four, and our girls loved the little window seat for reading and games."

"Property was clean, modern, and obviously was impeccably maintained, and everything works. The beds in the master and one of the bedrooms are comfortable and firm, but not hard. The area is very quiet, just how we like it. The owner accepted our senior cat (20 years old) into the home with us. We are thankful. The owner sets this property up very well: check-in was supery easy, communication was a breeze. The fact that everything was smooth from beginning to end points to the thoughtfulness...

"I loved the location and house. It was exactly ss described. I did the local history museum, the Wharf, and the Monterey Bay Natural Marine Sanctuary. Ate dinner at the Crows Nest 5 min away. Great view, okay food. So much I didn't see though. I only wish I could stay longer."
