"This review is based on the fact it's basic hotel with a fantastic beach location for people who like quiet sleepy beach location. This is not where the exciting stuff is. I had a balcony with a sea view down the street. Nice bright, clean, pool, hot tub clean, facility is quiet. However you will get street noise if you have a balcony sea view but not if you are in other rooms. I didn't mind it as I also got the nice afternoon light. The traffic dies down around 10 pm.The rooms do have thin walls, I could hear the guests in the next room. It It was all quiet guests when I was here. No coffee maker or coffee in lobby"

"The house was great for our time in Aptos. It’s a great place to stay, especially with kids. The beach is very easy to access. We also appreciated that there was plenty of hot water for everyone when taking a shower. The removable shower head was great for washing the kiddos after the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to cook in. Very cozy and clean. The road is busy, but it wasn’t an issue for us. We would like to stay here again."

"The home is quiet, clean and comfortable. There was 2 days we never left the house/porch, and a couple days we left only to walk down to the restaurant . We look forward to returning!"

"My family and I had a comfortable stay in this house, which was conveniently located near the beach. However, the narrow streets in the neighborhood made it challenging to maneuver a large vehicle. Despite this, the house met all the advertised features, and we had a pleasant experience."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 403 Court Way is a great location for walking to the beach and grocery shopping near by and it's close to many things. a great coffee shop Coffee Roasters is only a few blocks away and a famous ice cream shop called Marianne's is walkable from the house. It's also very quiet."
