"Great location by the beach, the property was overall clean though the sofa bed sheets needed some washing. The blankets for the sofa bed also clearly needed washing.The owner was excellent in communicating. Internet worked most of the time. The property was very cute with a great view. It had bed for 3 people. The kitchen utensils were very useful for us. Plenty of surf boards to choose from. The Rio Del Mar beach was fantastic! We had a great time. Owner has a great taste for coastal style decor. Great stay!"

"The view is INCREDIBLE!!!! We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the waves, we saw a lot of whale spouts the first day, very cool! Bring binoculars! The beds were very comfortable, everything was super clean and nice. We really had no problems at all. The location to the beach can't be beat, we walked across the road directly to steps down to the beach. The road wasn't busy at all, and neither was the beach."

"Great beach and ocean view, very clean and comfortable. A few inconveniences did not ruin our stay but should be mentioned: no closet or dresser in queen bedroom, closet in king room inaccessible, no closet in third bedroom. The king and queen bedrooms could use two nightstands and lamps in stead of just one. Not many electric outlets in living and bedroom areas. STILL-great stay!!!"
