"Great location within the old city and close to all amenities and train station. The property had lots of character. Nice and quiet. Courtyard very pleasant and an added bonus. Lots of space and clean and functional. The one negative point is a very steep staircase and not easy to get up and down particularly with suitcase. "Very private property set in beautiful gardens. Very clean and all facilities required for a stay. I particularly liked the small garden. Some groceries left from previous tenants very helpful as we arrived before the shops reopened. My only comment would be is that the door key was tricky and took me a few tries to get it. "Wir hatten eine tolle Woche Ferien in Viareggio! Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Für 5 Personen hatten wir genug Platz und Geschirr - und sogar einen Geschirrspühler (nebst Waschmaschine). Alles da! Einzig die Entfernung zum Meer.. Wir wären gerne zu Fuss ans Meer. I stayed with my Wife and Parents and the facilities and location were ideal, either for staying in and enjoying an evening on the balcony with some locally sourced food or nipping into the many piazza's that Luca has to offer. Right outside the appartment is a lovely cafe and next door a restuarant, we would highly recommend "nona's". I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Luca, that wants easy access to everything Luca has to offer!"

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment is wonderful. It is large, best beds ever, and very peaceful. Not only is it right inside one of the gates, it has restaurants, pasticceria, focaccia, wine store within minutes and several wonderful restaurants within 5-10 minute walks. The bathrooms were spacious and the hot water plentiful. We will be returning!"

"We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient.
