"Rooms were clean, cleaning staff, bartenders, valet & servers were all amazing. I think the guys tending to the Palapas and beach chairs may need to get paid more. They didn’t seem like they were very enthusiastic about getting the guests set up out at the beach. Don’t get me wrong they did it but you could just tell they were not enthused. I don’t know if it was available, but there were no servers taking orders at the Palapas even though it looked like you had a little flag to put up when you wanted a drink… We had to get our own drinks at the bars. That may seem kind of spoiled, but I’m on vacation and when we’re paying this much I would expect there to be servers at the beach."
