Excellent hotel! Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night before getting on our cruise. Great spot to stay if you wanna walk OSJ and be around some great spots to eat. Use the jacuzzi’s on the rooftop! My wife and I will absolutely be back again to stay for a bit longer next time.

This was a great hotel. Cool atmosphere and decorations. Rooms were small but all we needed. Staff was wonderful! The rooftop deck had a nice breeze and comfy couches. We didn't use the stone tubs but they looked nice!

This hotel is wonderful and has all the charm that old San Juan has to offer. I love how it’s close inconvenience to bistro‘s cafés and even American shopping such as rainbow clothing and Marshalls. The staff was so friendly and I have to tell you the free coffee is amazing. It’s the best! The coffee that they have there for the the guest is good just Black so Starbucks kick rocks. I felt safe. I felt clean. I felt comfortable. The hot tubs are awesome with a wonderful view of the city and of the sunrise and sunset. The bath on the rooftop are also a nice touch. I found this to be one of my favorite places to visit in the area and I definitely know that my stay will be perfect.

Great location and easy to get to everywhere in Old San Juan. The decor is beautiful, fun, and well thought through. Inexpensive and convenient rideshare options to other San Juan hotspots. Wonderful rooftop views for morning coffee.

I loved everything about my stay at Casa Blanca! The staff was fabulous!! They recommended a good barber and always pointed me in the right direction for whatever my fancy was in the moment. Super friendly and the coffee in the lobby is TOP NOTCH! Strong and bold. The free water was also amazing! It was hot while I was there but the water in the lobby was always crisp and refreshing. Thank you! My stay was more than memorable.

Excellent stay overall. Check-in was quick and easy, the cleanliness was very good, and the Wi-Fi connected without any issues.
