"They offer a wide range of amenities. The pools are free, but you’ll need a day pass to the spa to access the hot tub. All of the restaurants were amazing—my favorite was Nectar. It’s the perfect place if you want to spend your entire stay at the resort, with plenty of things to do."

"Staff was great. Hotel has options for coffee and restaurants. If you like pools, you’re in luck. There a multiple in the property. They seemed to be very clean. We prefer the ocean, and swam there. The way the beach is situated, you can swim not having to worry about waves…it was wavy all 5 days we were there. There’s plenty of parking near by, if needed. Room was clean; it had a balcony with a nice view."

"The property was very nicely maintained, including the pool and lobby. The breakfast was excellent with variety. Complimentary daily happy hour was a great a unexpected perk. The room left a lot to be desired. The furniture and the overall decor was very dated. The carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning or to be replaced. No drapes on the window, just darkening blinds that looked a little beat up. Lastly, front desk staff could use a refresh on hospitality."

"The room was clean and in a very beautiful location. You get beach access which was nice. Pool open late as well. Staff was friendly. Would book again if I plan another trip to Puerto Rico. Had a great time. "

"Food from the restaurant was ok, drinks was good. I had a passion fruit smoothie. Breakfast was fresh. Staff service was good. Room was ok, tiny in size compared to other hotels. We had to call maintenance because the sink was clogged and the bathtub water pooled before it drained while you’re taking a shower. Hotel is ok for a layover but wouldn’t recommend if staying for longer than that. Positive thing, although that we were right at the airport it was not really noticeable as the rooms are said to be soundproof. Parking garage was right across the ramp. They are also right next to a police station. Considering that we were still at the airport it felt safe enough. "

"Never had to rush for a lounge chair at this resort! It's not fancy, but really had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip to PR! Everything was kept so clean, the staff were kind and helpful without being intrusive, great hospitality! We traveled with friends and had two teens with us. There was plenty to do (soccer! Volleyball! Corn hole! Tennis! Bball! Water aerobics! Meditation!) and young and old(er) we're happy. Construction of a new horn next door will likely impact the noise level, but for now, my only complaint was the leaf-blower noise in the mornings - just can't get away from that! 😂 This was an affordable way to enjoy PR with all needed amenities. Great restaurant, sparkling pool and pristine beach. Highly recommend!!!"
