The highlight of this unit is the large balcony and patio area, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the breeze or setting up the hammock chair.

Inside, the living room includes a comfortable couch, Smart TV, and seating area where everyone can gather.

The dining space and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to prepare meals and share them together.

Each of the three bedrooms features a queen-size bed, fresh linens, A/C, and simple furnishings to make your stay comfortable.

The master bedroom has its own small bathroom with shower.

That said, we’re available 24/7 by phone or message if anything comes up or you need assistance during your stay.

- Free street parking is available, but it is public and first-come/first-served. We have no control over it. Guests are fully responsible for making sure they park in legal areas and follow posted signs or pay meters where required. Any parking tickets or towing fees are the guest’s responsibility.

- Electric and water usage is included for your stays; however please use A/C responsibly and turn it off when not in the apartment.

- No pets are allowed.

- No smoking inside the property.

- No parties or events — this is a quiet residential building.

- This is a safe and well-known residential neighborhood in San Juan.

- Please be mindful of the water heater — it works well, but like most systems on the island it may take a couple minutes to fully heat up.

- Puerto Rico is an island and occasional power or water interruptions may occur (usually short and restored quickly). This is normal for the region and out of our control.
