"Overall excellent experience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and great view of greenery and the ocean. My only recommendation would be to put a normal showerhead in the bathroom. Our room had a rainfall shower head but the pipe from the wall was too short for that type of showerhead so you were showering 6 inches away from the wall."

"Beautiful ocean view junior suite. Welcome VIP package was lovely. Food, drinks and service were impeccable. Should we visit Mazatlan, Cabo or San Miguel de Allende again, will definitely stay at a Pueblo Bonito Resort."

"With the elite package, food was amazing and plentiful. Easy to book Al a carte restaurants. Had some issues with one of the housekeepers, but it was rectified with one phone call. The other housekeeper was amazing. Resort is a bit rundown but clean. "
