"The only downside for our stay was the elevator system. The size of it and frequency that it was available was frustrating some times. If it was possible, it would be nice if certain elevators only went to certain floors (2-10, 11-22), with all being able to go to lobby and dining floor."

"This property is old but clean. It is quite quaint and lovely. The front desk staff were very nice. The bartender Luis was amazing! Wonderful, friendly man and best margaritas and Pina Coladas we have had in Mazatlan. The only downside for us was the lack of an elevator and it is very loud at night as it is on the Malecón. We would stay here again! The location is wonderful! Close to everything! The views from the patio are also incredible!"

"Location was good and safe. Not many shops around you need to get Uber or taxi to go to the shops or boardwalk. But it’s only a couple minutes away not to far. However the hotel had the most beautiful ocean/sunset views. It had its own private beach and the swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Service was great, all staff very friendly. Rooms were spacious and very clean!! We stayed in a Ocean view room with a kitchenette. Totally recommend!!!!"
