Hotel Riu Emerald Bay - All Inclusive
2/10 Terrible
"The room was so musty smelling. 2nd floor absolutely no view. Food at best was tolerable but nothing to brag about. Bathroom needs a renovation. Bathtub very slippery. Almost fell several times.

Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Beautiful view
Very dated rooms. Upgrades would enable staff to clean more effectively. Not to the level of resorts in its category. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, but the rooms have not been.
The food was excellent. The buffet was just a buffet, but that's not my preferred choice of food. Well, the other on the property was wonderful. Pool bartenders were awesome. "
"Communication was wonderful. We had some issues with not having enough towels and extra sheets for cushion beds but they came and brought us more. The only thing I’d say is it’s not 5 bedrooms if you are coming prepared for that. The triple bunk bed is at the top of the steps. We loved our time here. The ocean was magical and so close. "
"The Shirley Beach House was just as described. My family and I enjoyed the stay. The pool and beach are within walking distance. Had an issue with the AC and they quickly sent someone over to fix it. Great communication! Absolutely recommend this house. "
New apartment just 3 min from the beach!! with all services
6/10 Okay
"We loved Mazatland! The people were wonderful. The host was lovely, communication was hard we only speak English and she only speaks Spanish. We used google translate. And managed. We will be come back to Mazatland. For us it was to far from the beach about 7 city blocks. The closes store was oxox about a 15 minute walk. The grocery store were all in town 20 to 30 minute bus ride. The apartment was fine but very little in it. No toaster no dishes you could but in the oven. And no oven mitts. 1 dish cloth 2 dish towels. And a two cup coffee pot. Very little for cooking. The pool is lovely and well kept. All in all we will be back to Mazatland the people were great, good restraunts. We enjoyed are month long holiday."
