"The room was so musty smelling. 2nd floor absolutely no view. Food at best was tolerable but nothing to brag about. Bathroom needs a renovation. Bathtub very slippery. Almost fell several times. "

"We had a wonderful four week stay at Palmilla Sunscape in beautiful Mazatlan and would happily return. The condo itself was lovely and very functional, with all appliances in excellent working order. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own washroom, which made staying as a group so comfortable and convenient. The additional half washroom on the main floor was also very handy. The property manager we dealt with was absolutely amazing. Any small issues were rectified immediately, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. It made such a difference knowing support was always just a message away. The location was excellent, with easy access to Farmacia Guadalajara, Kiosko, and several great restaurants nearby. The beach was just a five-minute walk away, which made daily strolls by the ocean effortless and enjoyable. There was also convenient bus access right across the street, making it easy to explore more of Mazatlán without needing a car. The condo complex is quiet, safe, and well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and a perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Palmilla Sunscape to anyone visiting Mazatlán. "

"The management company for the unit was amazing. If I had a rental unit in mazatlan, I would hire them absolutely. Amazing people. Prompt service even after hours. They help me Resolve internet challenges, a refrigerator, and a microwave all in short order. Amazing amazing people. The only issue is the lighting in the room was minimal because the patio window, patio door is very narrow and the unit is very small it might be 200 ft total. The photographs are very deceptive, you think it's a massive space it's very tiny. Overall, though, great value"

"Everything was clean. Well equipped kitchen. Nice towels. The beds were comfortable. Very spacious. "

"The pool is supper cold so if you have kids and want a warm pool this is not it, also the breakfast is expensive but the its close to the beach and the sunset is beautiful. We just went to get breakfast to a local restaurant what was 1/2 the price. "

"Where to start? First let me say that Ambar are condos, not a resort so each unit is individually owned & most are managed by different property managers. Our unit was managed by GPS Hospedajes Vacacionales. I could not get access to the property, they told me to see the administator who was not there for the 1st 6 days of our week there. The security guard was also no help. Once we did get in, there were no face cloths, hand towels, bath towels, dish cloths or dish towels. There were no pillow or mattress protectors, no pillow cases and the pillows, sheets and mattress were stained and filthy. I wish I could add pictures of how disgusting the bedding was, how filthy the shower was and the general dirtiness of the place. Fortunately I had a friend in the complex who was able to loan me clean bedding, a pillow and cleaning supplies. The property mgmt company reached out on our last day there, literally waiting for a ride to the airport, to let me know how to contact them if any problems or concerns. The property mgr for my friend's unit lives in Mazatlan and checks in with their guests when the guest arrives."
