"Clean room and spacious room. Check in staff. VanShuttle and boat shuttle between facilities works really well.The view. "

"The place was COMPKETELY run down. It really shouldn't be open to the public and you definitely should not be promoting them. I am happy to share pictures. The ONLY area that has been mai tained is the lobby. I book for a week, had to pay in advance, but left after the first night. They have not refunded my money."

"Nohemi, the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Checking in was a bit challenging for us because we couldn't get wifi at the airport. Also, I didn't have a Mexican SIM card. We were supposed to call on arrival. Our taxi driver couldn't find the condo. I wasn't aware that you couldn't put toilet paper into the toilet. That was an issue for us especially since there was no covered garbage bin."

"Staff were extremely helpful, from asking for water or towels or calling us a taxi, they were always quickly able to help. The room was comfy and the AC worked very well. Lots of shower pressure. Will definitely come back "
