Most of the staff were excellent. My room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was as advertised as well. The service agent Vanessa, who checked me in and checked me out provided an outstanding service her care and concern for me and my stay were incredible calling me on many occasions throughout my month day to make sure everything was to my standards is something that I have not experienced in the past

There was a mix up with one of the three king rooms we booked. Fortunately they offered a penthouse 2 bedroom & 2 bath suite for our adult sons. The service around the pools was excellent and we enjoyed all the specialty dinners.

Room was very clean. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The beach was better than expected. Food choices were very good and the food was good. Bars didn’t open until 10:00 am. Not much for entertainment in the evenings. Rooms were almost too big. Ha. Very nice. Elevators were great. It was nice to have a hot tub by the Adults only pool. The area was very nice and safe. Being able to go to the other resorts was really nice too. Overall, it was a great experience and would go back again.

Elite staff were amazing, so polite and helpful. Wait staff by the pool and restaurants were great, such hard workers. Housekeeping was less than impressive. Food was subpar at the buffets. The new Thai restaurant was ok tho. Activity staff wasn’t very engaging, mostly just with locals.
