"Staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and clean but the shower was a little tricky but just follow directions you'll be fine. Close to Universal Studios and the Good Neighbor restaurant. The lounge was nice and the complimentary cocktails were nice."

"The breakfast buffet was great! I appreciated the selection. The beds were also very comfortable. My only gripes are the fact that one elevator was out of service, making the wait for a ride up or down a lot longer, and the inside of the shower is a bit too slippery. Other than that, it was a great stay. "
