"We loved our stay at 1906. Such a wonderful property tucked away from the summer travelers, yet so close to everything. The staff was wonderful as were all the amenities. We enjoyed a concert in the park, good food & coffee, beach walks - all walking distance from the hotel. We loved our room with a private porch. The hotel has an incredible breakfast as well as bikes and beach gear. Wonderful staycation for us San Diegans. We will definitely be back. "

"Positives ..Gabby and Rinell were awesome . I loved the location and the area around. The staff at the resort were awesome . Daily happy hour. Negatives If this property is still owned by Marriott or franchisee there are some basic building maintenance that should be addressed I get because it’s a beach town the salt water eats up everything but the dust between the elevator glass is horrible also the balcony glass needs to be cleaned daily I saw a maintenance person clean the lower level glass but not the upper levels and Marriott has enough money to get it done . This is an autograph logo property and should be the pride of the area."
