"We loved the location. We love San Clemente and all it has to offer. The support person on the phone was very helpful. It’s a great unit. We were very comfortable there. We would return in the future. There are a few things that need to be looked at a little closer. The toilet kept clogging up. Especially when there were more people in the building upstairs. "A dismal filthy small unit that is completely unkept. Unusable backyard and in a very noisy area. The bathroom is completely unusable. I’ve never seen anything like it honestly. The bathroom sink comes up to your thighs (I’m 5’ 9”). The place is overrun by gnats and spiders. My teenage daughters were horrified. Dave should be ashamed and embarrassed to promote “Staying with Dave”. His moniker should be “Staying in a Dump”. Definitely NA on this property ."
