"The circuit breaker tripped about 6 times during our stay. This was due to an old noisy and I believe unsafe A/C. Even the hot water system, we were warned, might trip the circuit breaker. Can this be safe? Other rooms had no A/C at all. The only parking is via a very steep and curved driveway. We did not enjoy our visit and left a day early. A significant maintenance overhaul is required."

"We stayed as an extended family for a 70th Birthday and we were not disappointed! Ages ranging from 3 years old to 70 years old, the house was perfectly set up to cater for us all. In a great location, the home was just right for 12 of us - the bedrooms were very generous in sizing, and the kitchen and living spaces more than enough. "The property is fairly new and has a lovley view, being high up in the top of a hill. Location is good with short drives to most attractions and shops in and around Port Stephens. It was sufficient bedding for all of us (10 adults). Rooms downstairs are rather small and no air condition, only fans, but the cord was too short to use with the only power point behind the bed in the room with 2 single beds, an extension cord would have been helpful.
