"5 stars….. I absolutely LOVE my stay at this hotel EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY CLEAN, GREAT AMENITIES, BEST SPA, SURROUNDED MY STORES, LITERALLY CONNECTED & WAS A 5-10 MINS WALK TO HANEDA AIRPORT/ TRAIN STATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. "

"Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Unfortunately Sagawa lost one of our bags and the front desk team at Kawasaki Skyfront managed to locate and bring the luggage to the hotel for 5.30am so that we could take it back to the UK with us. So so so pleased!!! Absolutely above and beyond. The hotel was clean and a small room (Premium Double) but perfectly fine for a stay before a flight. The free shuttle to Haneda was great too!"

"One of the nicest and best airport located hotel anywhere. The location was perfect for our initial arrivals and then final departures at the airport. Classy, first rate hotel that makes you feel special with outstanding staff and VERY comfortable rooms, good food, huge exercise area & spa / Onsen on top floor. Decent shopping and restaurants in the attached airport mall steps out of the hotel towards the airport. The hotel restaurants are all excellent but the other neighboring options offer very nice options. It's not in the city, but maybe that's the point. "

I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how well the space was designed for both rest and convenience. The location is another huge plus, with easy access to transportation, shops, and restaurants. Whether we were heading into the city or returning late, everything felt effortless. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. Great service, a very clean environment, and a comfortable room made it an excellent choice.
