The community residents (owners and renters) are a mix of older couples and young families, but it is quiet at night. "We were amazed to be able to book for Easter weekend at short notice. We are very pleased we did! The flat is lovely with views over the town to the sea. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked fine. The bedroom is very small but that's fine for a short stay, at least. We were welcomed warmly. The only problem was with communications with the concierge. The owner tells us that the Vrbo system scrambles telephone numbers and email addresses so they were unable to contact us. "The property was well located, plenty of parking in the hotels paid car park (not expensive). Had chosen the superior room so i could cook in 1 room and not sleep in the same room with the cooking smells. Only down side was there wasn't a comfortable seat or sofa, or a TV in the bedroom. "
