Second time I've stayed here in 3 x weeks. Fabulous hotel with excellent staff. Rooms are a great size, and the 'Harbour View' is delightful. Liked it so much I intend returning next Spring for a longer stay.

Stylish hotel conveniently located.

Very happy with hotel and decided to stay another 5 days. Very clean and modern. Reception staff very helpful and allowed me to practise my French. Free parking is always good. Did not have breakfast as €18 per person too expensive.

Staff in the reception area were excellent in resolving an issue we had after a bottle of water leaked on our bed. They were very accommodating and found us a new room. Thank you.

The Hotel is in a good location and the room was clean and staff friendly and efficient. But the room wasn’t ready till 4:15pm and the Restaurant in the Hotel was closed on a Saturday night. It wasn’t worth the £330 for a 1 night stay.

The hotel is ideally situated for the beach, shops and restaurants by the harbour which are a 5 minute walk away. There is a large car park at the rear so parking is never an issue. The room was very large, clean and well equipped. Some negatives though. They require 200 euro deposit on a credit card which I'm still waiting to be refunded. I upgraded to a harbour view but this was minimal and not all rooms had a balcony.

We liked it so much, we stayed longer!

Attractive modern hotel within a short walk of shops/restaurants and beach. Reception staff were very friendly and co-operative. We had an issue with electricity supply in our room and it was fixed very quickly. Free parking with plenty of spaces. We didn’t eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food. Just a few negatives but nothing which would stop us returning : Would have liked to use the pool which is outdoors with a cover but didn’t want to walk through hotel foyer on a very shiny floor, dripping wet after a swim. Not a fan of separate toilet from bathroom. Breakfast very expensive at €18 each.

Lovely Luxury Hotel

Lovely room very clean with large balcony, mini fridge in room, only downside was air con setting could not be changed, it was preset at 24deg which was ok but I tend to prefer a cooler room.

Check-in time and process needs to be improved. 4pm is too late and every guest shows up at the same time at 4pm for this, and causes lines at the counter

Good quality hotel

Good hotel well situated a few hundred meters from the port and city center. The room are spacious and well designed. Good bathroom with a large shower. For a four star we could do with some bathroom amenities. They only provide the all in one shower gel that is not always the best product. Good quality mattress and pillows. Espresso machine and tea facilities and two bottles of free water in the minibar. The pool is very small and usually invaded by kids in the afternoon, so the tip is to go early morning or after 6 pm if you want to swim in this tiny pool.

We arrived on our two very expensive bicycles and we were told to put them aside in an open garage. After a lot of negotiation we were allowed to store them in an empty bagage locker room, but only from 1900-0800. No further explanation- which left us in the terasse watching our Bikes from 1630 to 1900. The lack of serviceorientation and flexibility surprised us, we have been to 35 hotels already on this journey and have not experienced anything similar. We would not come back or recommend this hotel
