"Love the open interior layout that's connected as one space. Improve chef's cooking - natchos is horrible - thatjust mashed avocado with lemon, diced tomatoes, diced onions, grated cheese, ground beef sauteed with peppers, and tabasco. It tasted terrible. I love your caesar salad and buffet breakfast. Your front desk staff in lare noon needs to disaggregate himself from his laptop screen. He did not make my wake up call this am at 6am, but he fid make taxi reservation at 630am. He is too preoccupied and not fully present. Cafeteria staff is sometmes there also. You need to augment staff, they are too overwhelmed. "

"Great location on La Concha beach and promenade! Very nice room and views. Service excellent, and free access to gym down the promenade was fantastic. Prices a bit high in the lounge but we ate out so not affecting us. A++ would stay again for sure. "
