The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. "The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs.
