"Nothing special besides the location. The room is tiny and they never changed the sheets in 5 nights. Staff wasn’t very helpful and everything is an add on. Want parking? That’s extra. Want to sit at the hotels beach? That’s extra too. Wouldn’t recommend."

"The property is beautifully designed and ideally located for amazing restaurants, walks and a beautiful local beach. The staff - particularly Maxim- were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. They made us feel special. The spa facilities and pool were also first class. The breakfasts were delicious too. Our only thought when we left this hotel in old Antibes was when can we come back?!"

"It was fine. I purchased an apartment with two twin beds and was only given one full bed, and they didn’t make it right. The air conditioner was broken and I had to fix it myself. Be advised you are responsible for providing your OWN toilet paper and trash bags after the first one. They also do not supply enough towels. When they “clean” the room after a week stay, they only change towels, they DO NOT take out trash or actually clean. Pool is nice, but very limited hours. The rooms were pretty dirty, cobwebs and dirt everywhere, but if you are looking for somewhere cheaper and convenient to bus stops, it’s ok."

"Very cute little boutique compound in Juan-Les-Pins. Heated pool - which is great (and not common in the area). The staff was super friendly and helpful. Love the patio/pool/outdoor area, photos don't do it justice. My room was pretty spartan, but clean and functional. My one complaint was that it was pretty noisy and I had trouble sleeping. If I came back, I would request a room that isn't on the ground floor and one that isn't attached to the hotel kitchen - the stomping of guests upstairs and the banging of the kitchen behind me kept me awake at night and early in the morning."

"The front desk staff were very helpful and considerate. We had arrived early and although we couldn’t get in our room as it wasn’t ready, the woman (I wish I had got her name) at the front desk tried very hard to make us comfortable. The outdoor patio was lovely and the location is excellent with a beach across then street and a short walk to Old Town."
