"The hotel’s main areas were clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve been too - lots of yummy, fresh option. Wait staff at breakfast was very friendly. Our room, however, was less than stellar. The toilet was not clean, gross. And we had a King room with a pull out couch. The pull out couch, the mattress had dark stains on it…and I’m sure the original mattress. It was God Awful. "

"I am sorry but the room was dirty, I can believe the bathroom have a pee and I see a plastic trash on the closets, no conditioner like somebody take away whole battle. Honestly this time was really disappointing 😔"

"Stayed at the Hampton Inn Winston Salem for a concert and the room and staff were so nice. The room was clean with no issues. Overall good choice. Will definitely stay again. "

"Great location plenty of places to eat, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Me and my friends enjoyed the rec center. Was in town for a baseball game and whenever I’m in the area will be staying at this hotel again. "

"The 1st room appeared used. The sink had spit up & Hair in it as if someone had Brushed their Teeth or Worse. The 2nd room had dried pee on the Toilet Seat, which i cleaned off myself being in a rush & the rest of the room looked fine. The Seat was up & suds in the bowl. Apparently a poor attempt at cleaning. A quick look would have revealed whst i saw to any staff. Maybe someone is using the rooms after they are cleaned & before they are rented. Maybe staff should take pics of rooms for customers &/or Management to view At/Or Before check in."

"Arrived for a work trip to find the hotel did not match the photos online- the space is quite dated &needs some updates. You could tell by the condition of the elevator, the carpets, trim etc that it hasn't had a face lift in some time. The room was pleasant enough for the stay, but had some mystery splatter stains on the ceiling. Needless to say, I chose to sleep in the opposite bed."
