Room was nice, staff accommodating. You do have to pay for parking in the public parking lot. We had appetisers which were good. Loved their coffee. Would stay there again.

Great space in a great location

Everything about this stay was top-notch. From the extra friendly and helpful staff to the very comfortable room, our overnight at this property was terrific. The location can't be beat, either - downtown within walking distance of food, shopping, and drinks.

it was easy to get to off of the highway, parking was convenient, and it's located within walking distance from a decent selection of restaurants. Will likely return to this hotel the next visit to Winston Salem.

I loved staying here for the weekend! The staff were all very kind and helpful, and although there isn’t a sit down restaurant, the food options at the bistro were perfect (I’m gluten free). Room was clean, I would definitely stay here again!

For the most part it seemed like a safe neighborhood, although we didn't see cameras the location advised that there was. The parking deck was next to the hotel so it was convenient.

GREAT room and staff

My stay was really great. I have some ability challenges and they were very accommodating for that. I do wish the valet parking and room service were available but even without that the staff were very helpful and friendly.
