"The afternoon/evening front desk staff (the young girl with colorful dyed hair) was very unprofessional and rude. When we checked in, she was just lounging on the guest couch in front of the front desk with her phone, she looked like we were inconvenience her for checking in, not pleasant at all. When we came back to ask another question she was just dismissed us. The same thing two days after when we asked for fresh towels since the housekeeping couldn’t clean the room because my husband is still in the room working, but it was totally our fault so its fine. But the front desk the same girl was very rude about giving us fresh towels and also for asking water bottle she said we should pay for the water, but finally she reluctantly gave us 2 bottled water. "

"Fine stay. Simple place. Clearly just renovated, but done in a decent way. I did hear a bit of noise both nights (dogs, kids), but nothing I couldn't sleep through."

"The thermostat in the room was broken and there was no other room to move to. The hotel is under partial construction and they gave us a room that should have been out of order to start with."

"This house was perfect for a weekend with friends. The kitchen is well equipped. The dining room easily seats eight (or ten cozy). The bed rooms are private and spacious. Best of all is the VIEW - It is awesome! The host was a great communicator. We enjoued the hot tub and the great room is nice. Everyone enjoyed the place and after a weekend together on Groundhog Mtn our friendships were enriched."

"Adorable cabin, very clean,comfortable,looks brand new.Enjoyed looking out the window and seeing mallard duck and his mate just strutting down the road, then here come the guinneas I think. Watched the goats and miniature donkeys down the pasture. Had a wonderful lunch at Snappys diner. So peaceful…."

"Star gazing & wine tasting was amazing! Staff extremely helpful. Excellent food. Check into the activities available for each day of your stay BEFORE you get there. Book early since the number of people for each activity can be limited. Some activities only available certain days."

"There were bed bugs, and the door locks clearly did not work. 2 days in a row, people walked into my room because the door lock didn't work. I let the manager know, and nothing was done. There was ppl partying until 5am including some of the staff. Will never stay here again"
