"The staff was very helpful and friendly, the lobby was clean, breakfast was average, the room could use some minor maintenance, toilet was loose, air conditioner fan was noisy the room was pretty clean."

"The room was clean and fine/very minimal amenities, but the rest of the hotel is in need of a renovation and cleaning. The hallway carpets need to be cleaned/changed out completely and there is an odor in the hallways that is not pleasant. The rooms are fine, owner and odor-free. "

"After driving nine hours, we reached the hotel for which we had a paid reservation. We were appalled to find out our room was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order. No one was available to assist us with getting our belongings down the end of a hallway and up a flight of stairs!"
