Not enough plug-ins in room,and what was there were lose plugs wouldn't stay in. Beds were very uncomfortable. Okay for one night, we were supposed to stay two nights but left after one. Otherwise it was clean and well stocked.

This is NOT a high end hotel, but it is very cozy. The overall appearance of the place was nice. Check in was easy. There are no room keys, but a pin/code. Luckily, the employee had it written down. We were told that it was sent to me, but I did not receive it. The location is very convenient...it's at the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We stayed in room #3. The room was nicely updated. The shower head definitely needs replaced. The air conditioner is in the bathroom. It cooled down but was very cold in the bathroom and didn't quite make it out into the room. It was loud. The floor needs a good cleaning. The bottoms of our feet were pretty dirty from walking barefoot in the room. Overall, it's a nice place to stay. We would recommend it. Not sure if we will be in the area again, but this would be our pick to stay at again. Minutes from the hotel are several shops/restaurants/gas stations.

The room was simple and clean. The beds were both comfortable, towels fluffy and new. We would have liked a shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispenser and since there was no closet in the room hooks or a rack would be appreciated. But overall it was fine, quiet and clean. We'd definitely stay there again!
