The hotel was very clean, and my room had everything I needed — the refrigerator was an added bonus. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was great and very friendly. I had no issues at all with check-in or check-out. The beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious and offered a nice variety of items to choose from. The staff overseeing the breakfast did a great job keeping everything tidy and clean. My only reason for giving four stars instead of five is that the room felt a bit pricey compared to surrounding hotels with similar amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant, hassle-free stay, and I would consider staying here again.

The staff was friendly. I didn't eat breakfast but there was a large variety and very appealing. The hotel was clean, parking was close and my room was very clean. The elevator had paint dried on the floor and walls. Not sure if they're doing renovations or what but I would suggest cleaning that up. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Nice people, lovely clean room. Well located near medical center if you have an appointment. A lamp wouldn’t turn on and front desk person replaced the bulbs since no maintenance staff were on duty. Only complaint is that I noticed being charged an extra $30 for “incidentals.” Going to have to call and see what that’s for because I can’t think of anything.

Really nice hotel in fantastic location

Great location, lobby is bright and cheery. Bed is really comfy and two options on pillows. Blackout shade lets you sleep in. Excellent housekeeping service!

We checked in very late in the early morning, and the check-in attendant was excellent. He made our check in process very smooth and easy. When we got up the next morning for breakfast The attendant helping with cleaning and restocking the breakfast food was amazing. I didn’t catch his name, but he was the nicest gentleman and really made our experience that much better.
