We stayed on the 2nd floor of the hotel and it’s in a quiet neighborhood but the view out our windows, including the bathroom, were loud industrial vents that were eye level — and the noise at 6:30am was unbearable. We had been on a long roadtrip and needed sleep and it was so disappointing. The hotel is in an old RJ Reynolds office building that doesn’t have acoustics for a hotel. If you book, definitely request a high floor

This hotel did not honor a reservation made by Expedia. We booked a premium room with 2 queen beds, a sofa area and a "view" is what the site stated. They gave us a very small single King room, no sofa, no space, tiny bathroom and a view of the building next door. It would not have been such a huge issue except we were traveling as a work group and needed two beds and space to spread out. They also charged us for the premium room ($1000 per night) and said they could not help us due to the fact we booked through expedia even after I showed the reservation details that had been confirmed. Also, the bathroom barn door did not close fully and gave no privacy whatsoever. Not a single towel hook for towels to be hung. The overall experience was super disappointing for $1000 a night. Very disappointing!

Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant and common areas. Walkable to local eateries, and coffee shops. Room comfortable and clean but dark with very little natural light and no view. Problems with keycard entry, two of us staying in room and only one card seemed to work all the time. This had also happened on a previous stay.
