"The breakfast buffet was amazing and full of options. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The thermal spas were relaxing but recommend early so it’s not packed with people. The hotel itself was incredibly hot in hallways due to thermal spas but front desk delivered fan directly to room when asked for. However, if you ask for “garden view” room, it is view from hallway directly outside bedroom which only windows open up to hallway. It is about 15-20 minute drive from Pisa centrale so...

"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. "Very clean room. Sky TV watchable in Junior Suite. Breakfast was various and wonderful. Outside street parking is possible, but I parked in the garage which cost additional 15EUR. To get to the room, it was like a labyrinth."
