"Everything it was very good"

"Wife and I had a great time at the location. Easy check in, easy to find, and a few blocks away from the metro station (3-5m). The bed was comfortable and the fact there were extra pillows available was great. My wife and I walk a lot (clocked over 480km in Japan over 3 weeks) - we stayed in Rome for 3 days and walked about 20-30km/day. The Colosseum is roughly a 20m measure walk from the guest house and there are some great Cafes along the way, a few general stores, and some markets. It's a few stops away from the main train station so easy to get to! Also some terrific lesser known Roman Sites in the area (walls, etc). Area has a lot of graffiti (seems normal in Rome since my last visit 10 years ago). Outside of that we felt very safe. It's 15-20 minutes by metro to the Vatican Museum. It may seem like it's far away on aap but it's a great location."

"Clean spacious family room, well equipped and lovely breakfast. Only slight negatives were the kids bed was a fold out sofa bed and this meant they had to share. Also the fridge in our room didn’t seem to be working properly so no cold drinks but the minibar was complimentary which was nice (soft drinks only). Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again due to ease of access to the city centre via the metro and close proximity to the airport. 520 bus from the airport drops you at the end of the road (2min walk) and only costs €1.50. 25min metro ride Line A to the Vatican, less for other main sights "

"At 9am while our family was sleeping they knocked on our door like 5 times then after they did it again this was because they said we are cleaning get out to add more when we came back at 10:20 the gate was open but when we went to reception the door was closed we were waiting for 15minutes for the reception door to be open at night so we had to call the person he didn’t understand us.plus there English was so bad except for 1 person."

"The location near Ciampino Airport makes this an excellent choice if you have an early flight. It looked like there was a shuttle bus as well, but we were driving so I am not certain. The restaurant was good and the server there was friendly and professional. The room was fairly basic in terms of bedding, comfort, and provided toiletries; however, for a one-night visit/stay I recommend and will use again if I need to be nearby for an early departure."

"We got just bread and coffee. The coffee was good and the bread was fresh. "

"Order a twin bed room and pay Expedia two months in advance. Have us a queen bed. NO AC! Same story: we can not run AC for government mandate. This SHOULD be disclosed in advance. Could open the windows but was worst. Close to four train tracks running continuously 24/7 Sweating all night…,,,,,, Order bath with shower, received one wit jacuzzi only. Safety concern for seniors……………… I would not recommend this hotel Should be labeled false advertisement "

"Its a bit out there, underestimated how far out it was not walkable and bust gets very busy as it passes by Colesseum. Bathroom dated and dark, no extractor and water splashed from shower onto the floor- used hand towels as mats. Basic instant coffee. Breakfast. we did not find it appealing, but cheap @8Euro"

"Very good location. Close to the metro. Flat not cleaned at all. Enough towel in the appartment along with instant coffee/ tea. Electricity adapter available. Balcony small (2person standing up). "
