"The hostel has a great location and a nice terrace, which were definitely the highlights of my stay. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately she seemed to be handling everything on her own. It is clear that one person cannot manage all the tasks alone. The main issues were the lack of cleanliness and organization. The toilets were often dirty, and there were simply not enough of them for the number of guests. The overall atmosphere felt quite chaotic at times. In addition, there is no café or similar facility in the hostel. This place has potential, but it urgently needs more staff and better organization. With improved management and cleaner facilities, the guest experience would be much better."

"Great if you spoke Italian and were familiar with European lifestyle. Not recommended for tourists. Unfortunately I was with a handicapped person who booked there believing the elevator would be as accessible as an American style one. Nope : 4 steps to elevator with maybe 24 inch wide door that went up to Lounge area and then up 4 more steps to a second elevator that was 2 more steps up from that to another one that was no larger than the first. Couldn’t get her in her wheelchair into elevator at all. They held maybe 2 people standing fully upright if with little or no luggage. Small rooms minimal amenities."

"Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Although it is in a good location, it is very old and lacks any modern amenities. Upon exiting the building, guests are required to leave there hotel key at the front desk. Not sure of the purposed but I thought it to be very odd. It would help if they automated room doors with key cards. There are no iron and ironing boards in the room. Customers had to use one iron and iron board on the first floor to iron clothes daily. This is ridiculous. In addition, I had to go to the front desk to get ice daily, instead of have an ice machine on each floor. The breakfast was not good in my opinion, the bacon was undercooked daily and layed in a pan of grease. The heating mechanism was also subpar. The only positive note is that the front desk staff were pretty helpful and cleaning staff kept the rooms clean. I would not recommend visitors to stay at this hotel. Thank you, Tim"
