Not a traditional hotel. No staff to check you in. You have to manage a cumbersome online check in. It can be hard to figure out how to get in, but easy once you know. Small Spartan room. But very close to the main train station and metro and restaurants. The staff try hard to help you overcome the online check in and entrance but it can still be intimidating.

The instructions were very clear via WhatsApp and email. I just left the link open to lock/unlock the doors. I didn’t have a signal when opening the apartment door so you might need to log into the WiFi. The black knob is a little tricky here and there but you get used to it. It was very clean, the air conditioner worked impeccably. There’s just a light cover so if you get cold being some type of blanket. (Not a problem for us) Super easy walk from Termini and so easy to get around.

Roma Vespahouse was convenient to Termini Station. The staff (not on-site, but virtual) provided very clear access instructions prior to arrival making arrival seamless. Room was small, but clean and sufficient for my needs while making a quick stop in Rome before going on to my final destination. Very affordable.

Roma Vespahouse was a fairly basic single room but the location was really practical. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main train station and transport hub and it was 20 - 30 minutes walk from the historic Rome centre. It was also very affordable. You sacrificed some comfort for the price but it was a very good room for the price I paid for a solo traveller. I had no complaints. Would recommend again for anyone travelling as a couple or alone and on a budget.

Truely smoke-free accommodation. Many other hotels in the same area are never far away from cigarette fumes wafting into your room, but Vespahouse was a fume-free lillte sanctuary with decent facilities. It's a self-checkin but my messages to the hotel account were replied promptly. Clean and comfortable, happy to book again.

The room is clean and the staff is very helpful. It is only about 100 meters from the Rome Termini station exit. For people like us visiting Rome for the first time and only stay for a day to travel by train, it is extremely convenient. I didn’t realize that this is not a hotel which you expect a front desk. You need to check in upfront to get access. Thanks to the owner’s constant reminder I started the check in just one day before the arrival. Every thing worked out fine. There is a luggage storage about 50 meters away which charges a fee. We used it because our train is hours after the checkout time. Actually note on the door of the house shows that you could use a storage house 600 meters away for free. Expedia did not show this. There are graphites on the walls of the streets which made us unsettled at first but it turned out to be quite safe.

If all you’re looking for is a room to sleep in with clean towels that are changed every day comfortable bad and and a refrigerator and kettle … This is the place for you. It was perfect for us to tour the sites of Rome. Note there are not staff on site to provide any extras.

I had a wonderful stay at Roma Vespahouse. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with clear instructions provided in advance. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Roma Termini, making it perfect for exploring Rome and traveling around the city. The room and bathroom were spotless, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The property is comfortable, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a fabulous experience with great attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The guest house is indeed located right next to Roma Termini on Via Carlo Cattaneo, and many guests highlight its cleanliness, convenient check-in, and excellent location.
