They can organize transfer to the airport for you, which was helpful. Seriously, though, the room. It was so bright and clean and the beds were nice. No sofa beds, no family of four crammed into a tiny space. It was WONDERFUL."

The area is excellent. But the most wonderful thing about this hotel is the staff! Everyone at this hotel is exceptional, from the front desk, to the servers. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They are so friendly, I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. If I go back to Rome I will definitely being staying here again."
