Despite my request for a quiet room I was given a room over the noisy restaurant which was closing at 2 am. In addition, there was some sewer odour that enter my room and the corridor every night. However, the hotel was not far from the Metro and food bar which was open 24 hours.

Camera poco insonorizzata e le signore delle pulizie + ospiti maleducati alle 7 di mattina non aiutano. Hotel conunque ben mantenuto, doccia molto conoda e spaziosa, tv con telecomando essenziale, niente telefilm da usb insomma, colazione in linea con 4* base. Reception cortese. Sehr viel Baustelle um das ganze Hotel herum. Sehr positiv der kurze Weg zur Metro mit der man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum ist. Da man aber eigentlich nach dem Tag so kaputt ist und man nur zum schlafen ins Hotelzimmer geht ist es für den Preis absolut ausreichend. Man kann auf der Terrasse Kaffee Tee und Säfte trinken. Das Personal hat jede Frage beantwortet und das bestellte Taxi zum Flughafen war auch pünktlich da. Da wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten aber in der Zeit das Hotel keins mehr anbietet haben wir trotzdem nur über die Straße in einem Café unser Frühstück bekommen.

Nette kamer met schone en nette badkamer. Klein balkonnetje met uitzicht op het tegenovergelegen flatgebouw. De lift werkt prima maar stamt uit het jaar 0, hij sluit nog volledig waardoor wij er na 1x geen gebruik meer van gemaakt hebben. We vonden het jammer dat we geen gebruik konden maken van een ontbijtservice.

中心地からは外れてますが、地下鉄も便利だし近くに美味しいレストランもあるし、安くて広くて快適でした。従業員の方達もみんな親切だし、2回目以降のイタリア旅なら是非オススメです！ 駅の近くにスーパーもあります。

Unfriendly staff with a less than mediocre service

Hotel representative was drunk when we arrived at about 11pm, told us to meet her in the morning, we had paid for breakfast and they refused, stated we didn’t and made us pay for it again. The first morning as we had been up later than usual we asked their cleaners to come back later as we weren’t dressed but never showed again that day, they arrived again 3 days into our stay to finally clean the room but had only moved our shoes to the side, made the bed and emptied a bin bag even though we had rubbish lying around the room which was clearly rubbish and in bags to be disposed of. Upon leaving the property the hotel rep knocked on our door 5 minutes before check out, we were very close to being ready and would have been out on time however gave us attitude and hostility that we hadn’t left yet.

Da fuori non si nota neanche, completamente anonimo su uno stradone. Dentro però ha una piccola reception e un paio di piani con camere e sala colazione. Tutto sommato silenzioso, camere discrete con ampi bagni, pulito e con colazione accettabile. Accoglienza premurosa. Parcheggi lungo le strade adiacenti. A cinque minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Si può fare.

Jag hade bokat fel datum och inser det vid incheckningen. Trots fullbokat så lyckas den danska damen hjälpa oss och utöver det ge en mkt bra service för att snabbt kunna äta vid sen kväll, snabb väg till flygplatsen. Vi kommer gärna åter!

Value for money, convenient to Metro.

Hotel is about 200m from Metro station and about 15min train travel to Termini Station. Lift (slow) to all floors. Rooms are spacious, bathroom facilities OK. The staff are very friendly and have good English. Like all European 3* hotels it is hot in summer and very noisy with the windows open. The bed was large and comfortable, bathroom OK, bath but no shower, just a hand-held shower head which is pretty inconvenient. Breakfast was good by Italian standards, with toast, coffee, croissants, fruit drink, yogurt, etc. The neighborhood is working class, fairly dirty (communal garbage bins in the streets) but has a collection of reasonably priced restaurants, most with English menus. If you want class, go somewhere else and pay through the nose for it! The only real downside was an infestation of ants (on the fourth floor) that got into my backpack and gave me grief on the second day. After that I made sure that my backpack was clean each morning and that there was no food left around in an accessible location.

Purtroppo non è stata una bella esperienza in questo albergo,nella stanza c'era un forte odore di scarico che veniva dal bagno,il letto e I cuscini scomodi e il wi-fi non funzionava,la colazione non era male anche se chiesi tramite mail, per l'intolleranza ,il latte di soia e mi risposero che nn era possibile, molto delusa.Il prezzo era abbastanzoa alto per il tipo i hotel.Posizione buona
