Location couldn’t be better, walking distance to Piaza de Spagna and Fontana di Trevi, it is tough to get to the fourth floor without elevator (as in many other places in Italy) specially with large baggage but other than that, it was great!

Der Kontakt war teilweise etwas schwierig aber die Lage ist super! Wer nicht grossen Wert legt auf Service sondern einfach ein bequemes Bett zum Schlafen an Top Lage sucht, ist hier richtig.

Habitación pequeña pero en muy buena ubicación. Al bañarse el agua salía por una rejilla, lo cual generaba un caos e inundación casa vez que entraba a la ducha. No existe personal, mas que para la limpieza y recepción en la bienvenida

Mycket bra!

Ett fint rum som räckte perfekt för två gäster. Det var väldigt rent och personalen var mycket behjälpliga. Läget var otroligt bra, skulle absolut bott här igen om det blir en till resa till Rom!

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Geç check in için 19:30 da vardığımız için 20 euro ücret aldılar. Binada yenileme çalışması olduğu için iskele kurulu ve dışarısı görünmüyor. Merdivenler herkesin söylediği gibi yorucu. Temizlik konusu fena değildi. İlk gittiğimiz gün bir böcek ölüsü vardı sonrasında karşılaşmadık. Konumu merkezi, beklentiniz yüksek olmasın fotığraflardaki gibi değil.

Es el ente lugar y ubicacion

Es un excelente lugar con habitaciones muy limpias y agradables. Excelente ubicación con buen transporte y céntrico. Único problema es que no tiene ascensor y está en una tercera m planta

Exploring Rome with a friend

It was a pleasure to stay in Suite Artis Barberini and i highly recommend this place. Nice and clean room with air conditioning with a perfect location to explore Rome. Only minutes walk away from Spanish steps and Trevi. I'll come back when i'm coming to Rome again. Girl at the front desk was super nice!

Hot Hot Hot woke up sweating

It was in July when we came it was tremendously hot they advertised air conditioner, it was a more like a fan conditioner it didn’t get cool at all in our room. We came outside from the heat to a hot room the 3 days we stayed. They wouldn’t give us a refund so we suffered day & night, woke up sweating couldn’t sleep because it was so stuffy. I opened the doors no relief. They said they would check the air no better results,Stay at your own risk. They only good thing was the location and view.

At the time of booking we didn't think that the lack of an elevator would be an issue, but those are more than 150 steps and it does affect when you only go down to the supermarket or to breakfast, or when you come back from buying with packages. Even though they claim to be suites and not apartments, there were times when there were no staff in the counter (especially at night). The wifi in our room simply DID NOT WORK and we had to go down to the counter to use the Internet/wifi. Annoying issue.

There were no elevators and we had to bring our heavy luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Our hotel room was constantly entered into without just having it be cleaned. There was once when we left for an hour for dinner and the air con was turned off when we had gotten back. The check in process is ridiculous, we had to pay extra to check in late because there isn't 24/7 concierge services.

Pur sapendo delle molte scale sono davvero troppe. Ma una volta arrivati confermo ottima posizione centrale senza essere disturbati da frastuoni notturni. Unico inconveniente solo un bagno per quattro persone visto che comunque un secondo esiste già ma lo tengono chiuso. L’unico bagno al piano di sopra è ampio ma con la vasca senza un asta doccia e con rubinetteria decisamente da sostituire !!!
