Checked in here as it was close to my family’s place. The location is very good as it is close to bus stops, shops, and grocery. To check in, you have to go to the restaurant in front of the hotel and check in. The room was very nice and comfortable.

It needs to make clear on the advert that the check in takes place at the restaurant in front of the building where this Guests Rooms is located.Overall is a good option if you don't mind to stay a little bit far away from the center of the city. It's about 8 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop. There's no metro station nearby. The room was clean, offered a comfortable bed, it was cleaned during my staying. The shower room needed to be fixed as the water comes out of it and wets the floor. The building is a residential one. The neighbourhood is quiet and offers options of restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby.

This was advertised as bed and breakfast, but really no breakfast. It is very clean, every day there is cleaning service, fresh towels. Al ittle too far from the city and with rRome not having very reliable public transportation, I spend lots of time waiting for buses.

45 minutes from the city center, so I have to take a text each time to get to the city which was a little inconvenient. The room is nice and well kept but the cleaning solutions were overly scented and the air conditioning on overdrive so I froze the first night, thermostat and safe and sliding door lock didn’t work, but they were accommodating to try to resolve the issues.

Terrible service, the room smelled like sewer, very bad smell everything Ive brought smelled like sewers after two day, the ventilation did not help. Bed sheets were dirty with little stains on them. There was banging on doors and weird noises coming out of the hall 2-3AM in at night which makes you feel very unsafe!

Owner doesn’t speak English which was fine to work around but just be aware. The location is about an 1hr and 20 min walk from central Rome. Cleaning crew was diligent and always replaced the water bottles which was awesome. NO A.C. There was a unit but it barely gave any air. The lobby was cooler than the room we stayed in. It was way too warm, being outside in the shade was cooler than the room. WiFi was terrible as well. My suggestion would be to put a box fan in every room at least.

We had an excellent and wonderful stay and service with our B&B Roof Garden Zaccardi, and we hope to be able to visit Rome again in the future, and have accommodations with them. They are a good family hotel and restaurant business. We are so pleased and appreciative to the Zaccardi family.

Avoid this hotel, it's a trap. I made a reservation with my family visiting Rome. I was fascinated with the photographs. When I finally arrived, the property looked like a rat trap, the smell of cigarettes in the hallways and in the room, dirty walls, nothing like the published photographs. I left and the manager, laughing rudely, told me no and there was no refund. I immediately contacted Expidia. I'm still waiting for a response to that horrible experience.

there was no wifi working and so the advert was misleading. Contacted the service but there was no answer initially then later they texted me back to say it should work if restart it which I already did and they just ignored the whole matter after that!!!

I had very bad experiences about this property. 1) there is no person at reception. You have to go to another hotel to collect key. 2) No security and nothing available. 3) Buses are not working properly around this area. 4) I feel very unsafe. No body is there in the property still you get the sound of opening and closing of doors at Midnight. Like paranormal activities and nobody is there . 5) Air conditioner is not available. Such a Poor experience 😔

Melhor Lugar de Roma

Incrível, o melhor lugar que eu poderia ficar em Roma, a Sra Helena foi um amor de pessoa e nos recebeu muito bem. Conseguimos fazer check-in mais cedo, ela também nos ofereceu um serviço de quarto excelente, o lugar é limpo e organizado, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, banheiros muito limpos e espaçosos, o elevador funciona muito bem, quartos super privativos, podem confiar. A minha estádia junto com minha noiva foi sensacional.

Sono stato una sola notte con mio figlio. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, dotata di tutti i confort. C'è anche un bel balcone/terrazzino con un piccolo tavolino e due sedie. Molto cortese e disponibile il sig. Fabio alla reception. Di sicuro ci ritorno.

Excelente habitacion y baño, sobre todo la limpieza perfecta! El dueño y su hijo muy amables, y el resto de enfrente tiene una pizza! A destacar la limpieza y lo unico que solo hay un bus para ir hta el metro para ir al centro, a 2 paradas de metro de coliseo, el bar de 50 mtrs genial y su acera fea para trasladar maletas, pero eso no es tema de Zaccardi, repetiria sin duda, la cama super cómoda y el AA genoal!

Anscheindend gibt es 2 Unterkünfte von Zaccardi. Ich war im B&B Roof Garden Zaccardi. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im obersten Stockwerk eines Mehrfamilienwohnhauses in einer typischen Wohngegend. Da ich vorher schon gelesen hatte, dass man den Schlüssel im gegenüberliegenden Restaurant abholen muss, gab es keine Probleme. Man konnte sich auch mit "Hand und Fuß" verständigen. Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Balkon. Ich hätte mir mehr Informationen über die Anreise und die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gewünscht. Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof war Trastevere. Von dort aus konnte man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß (oder 5 Minuten mit dem Taxi) zur Unterkunft gelangen. Die nächstgelegenen Bushaltestellen waren Portuense und Greppi. Als erfahrene Rucksackreisende konnte ich mir meine benötigten Informationen selbst beschaffen. Wer sich mehr Unterstützung wünscht, sollte sich eventuell eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft sauber und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst. Ich war alleine unterwegs und hatte keinerlei Probleme, würde jedoch wahrscheinlich nächstes Mal eine Unterkunft aussuchen, die zentraler liegt. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft OK.
