Hotel was in a good location, across from the metro and 10min walk from Termini station. Overall clean and modern facilities. However, the AC was turned off in the hotel and it was very difficult to sleep at night as it was getting very humid and muggy, and if I kept the window open it would be noisy from the outside. I had a terrible sleep the entire trip and for a hotel that prides themselves as being new modern hotel that includes AC I was quite disappointed as I could have booked somewhere else.

Very pleased with the upscale feel of this hotel.. Beds are very comfortable, staff is wonderfully attentive and we had arranged for a pickup from the airport and that was very pleasant as well.

The hotel is located near the train station with some options for dinner nearby. The staff at the hotel were not friendly, inviting or welcoming at all. We arrived early and although they allowed many other guests to check in early, we were required to wait more than 3 hours. When i inquired, we were told other guests were just lucky. Although the room should be cleaned daily, it was not cleaned and we had to request housekeeping on the second day. Although overall hotel and brekfast were decent, I wouldn't recommend this property or stay again due to the service.
