"Wonderful staff, clean rooms & excellent location."

"This is a nice place and location is good. But the venue being sprawled in 2 locations on opposite sides of the block was awkward. After arriving exhausted from traveling, we checked in at the front desk- then had to drag our luggage around the block and down several steps throughout the neighborhood. Odd and cumbersome. No cart. No elevator. No help. We are in decent shape but this was just not a great “service” vibe. Bizarre. Room was clean but smallish. "

"The location is fantastic. It's only 2 minutes walked from Roma Termini station. Close to Mercato Centrale and shopping areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. They provided excellent customer service. Room was great and clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended!"

"Great location if you want to stay near the Termini train station, though it’s a few streets away, which is good that it’s not super close to the station area, but still easily walkable. Hotel staff was super helpful in providing directions and recommendations for eating joints. They even gave us a breakfast box since we had an early flight, along with hot tea and coffee at 6 AM. The room size is fairly large however, the shower can use a little upgrade. Overall great location and a great place to stay. "
