STUDIO WITH VIEW NEAR THE COLOSSEUM

The Studio Apartment, with its own independent entrance, is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful 1800 building with elevator in the heart of the lively Monti neighborhood. In the studio apartment there are a European king bed (160 x 200 cm) and a double sofa-bed (140 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a console table, small cabinets, a mini fridge and an electric kettle.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer.
The room is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning system, fiber optic ethernet network, Wi-Fi, television with Fire Stick. From the balcony with a small table and two chairs, which faces towards the Capitoline Hill, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the old town.

Perfect location on a well traveled side street. Close to lots of restaurants, bakeries, and groceries. Outdoor space was a must have on our trip. Unfortunately, the balcony was extremely tiny, filthy dirty, with uncomfortable folding chairs, wobbly old table, and birds nest directly above in a large hole in the wall. No cleaning tools or supplies throughout. One sheet on the bed, no blanket.

Beautiful location! Right next to the Colosseum. The AC would not work and WiFi was very spotty and did not consistently work. The owners were great and very helpful at check-in. We would stay here again if we were to visit Rome again.

Perfect place to land

The apartment is in a perfect location, right next to the Coliseum and lots of restaurants. Alberto, the owner met us upon arrival and was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and cute and the perfect place to land upon our arrival in Italy.

Beautiful studio near Colosseum

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this quaint studio apartment a stone’s throw from the colosseum. The apartment was clean and modern, bed was comfy, and balcony view made morning coffee a favorite part of our day. Restaurants, markets, and the colosseum were 2-3 minutes walking distance and made for a great location to explore Rome.

Fabulous location close to the Colosseum

We had a great stay right near the Colosseum. Perfect location! Many restaurants and shops within a block of the location. The space was very clean and quiet. The owner was flexible for check in and immediately available. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

You walk out the door, and you see the colosseum! Cute place, balcony, several restaurants less than a 2 minute walk. 3 minutes walk to colosseo metro stop. Owners very responsive. Just bring some cash to pay the local tax. Would stay there again.

Rome with a view

The location was excellent… we could walk everywhere. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night with a glass of wine after a long day of touring. Although small, this property had everything we needed.

Location, Location, Location

The studio met our needs while visiting Rome for four days. It was clean and the shower had great pressure and the bed was very comfortable! The best part though, was stepping out the front door and seeing the colosseum just 400 feet away. The views from the terrace was also nice!
