"This is a stunning glamping resort with two regular suites inside the old farmhouse. The owners have decorated the whole place to the highest possible standards. The gardens and swimming pool are just stunning. We were staying in the two bedroom suite which was just beautiful. There was some road noise as the suite is located right next to the road, but it wasn’t bothersome for us. "Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht und vorab bezahlt. Das gebuchte Haus haben wir aber nie betreten können, da der Gastgeber es ganz offensichtlich an andere Personen, mit denen wir auch gesprochen haben (eine Familie aus Holland) vermietet hat. Wir erhielten eine Notunterkunft mitten in Venedig, die für 8 Personen aber gar keine tragbare Option war. 10/10 Excellent

"This property was absolutely perfect. As a solo traveler I was able to navigate easily from the water bus station to the hotel even after midnight from the airport to the hotel. Do note that is about an hour and half affordable bus ride(32euro round trip). The hotel location allowed for easy access to everything Rialto was about a 10 minute walk that you could get to multiple ways from the hotel. Which gets you to the grand canal and Santa Maria. Shopping is everywhere in all directions. Every morning having breakfast you're sitting right in a canal where people catch the gondola so your view is great! And across the bridge you're right in Piazza San Marco. The bar at the hotel was my favorite. Mike the bartender was absolutely a gem. The hotel rooms themselves are very traditional style Italian rooms so if you're looking for modern you're not gonna get that here you will get charm, clean and you will get kind friendly service with a traditional Italian flare. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would actually give it more stars if the system allowed me to"

"My first trip to Venice was made GREAT with my decision to choose this truly great property. 5 min walk from water taxi from rail or airport. 5 min waln to the Plaza St. Marks, gondola experiences within 3 min walk. Totally spectacular. And the incredible breakfast at the duster hotel just across the sidewalk. I can’t imagine a more perfect location for a once in a lifetime visit to Venezia. Gotta go back. "
