"Great staff. We got a family suite which we usually get when we come down here. I love the space and comfort. Beds are a bit soft for me but that is a preference. The only complaint I have is the a/c. The a/c in the family suites are on motion sensors in the common spaces. During the night if there is no moment in the living room, no air. We talked to the staff and said they would look into it but the room never got below 72 degrees."
